Eligibility Criteria:
The details like educational qualification and age limit for the same posts are-

Qualification (Trade wise)
1. Helper (Mechanic)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certification in Mechanical Motor Vehicle/ COE Authomobile Sector under Craftman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme. OR One year NCVT/SCVT/NAC Certificate in Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Motor Vehicle/ Diesel Mechanical Trade under Craftsman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme, with one year experience in relevant field.
2. Helper (Tyreman)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certification in Mechanical Motor Vehicle/Fitter/ COE Authomobile Sector under Craftman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme. OR One year NCVT/SCVT/NAC Certificate in Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Motor Vehicle/ Diesel Mechanical Trade under Craftsman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme, with one year experience in relevant field.
3. Helper (Electrician)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certificate in Electrician/Wireman/ COE Automobile Sector under Craftman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
4. Helper (Carpenter)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR One year NCVT/SCVT/NAC Certificate in Carpenter Trade under Craftsman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme, with one year experience in relevant field.
5. Helper (Blacksmith)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certificate in Centre of Excellence in Production & Manufacturing Sector / COE Fabrication Sector under Craftman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme. OR One year NCVT/SCVT/NAC Certificate in Welder/ Forger and Heat Traitor Trade under Craftsman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme, with one year experience in relevant field.
6. Helper (Welder)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certificate in Centre of Excellence in Fabrication Sector / COE Fabrication Sector under Craftman Training Scheme. OR One year NCVT/SCVT/NAC Certificate in Welder under Craftsman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme, with one year experience in relevant field.
7. Helper (Battery Attendant)- Candidates should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certificate in Electrician/ COE Electrical Sector under Craftman Training Scheme
8. Storeman- Candidates should have passed out an ITI Certificate course in Motor Mecahnic Trade OR Two year NCVT/SCVT/NAC certification in Mechanical Motor Vehicle/ COE Authomobile Sector under Craftman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme. OR One year NCVT/SCVT/NAC Certificate in Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Motor Vehicle/ Diesel Mechanical Trade under Craftsman Training Scheme/ Apprenticeship Training Scheme, with one year experience in relevant field.

Age limit-
The applicant age must be between 18 to 42 years. Applicants belonging to SC/BC category shall be given age relaxation as per Haryana Government Instruction/ Rules. For Ex-servicemen applicants relaxation upto continuous military service added by three years is permissible.

How to apply?
Eligible candidates may send their dully filled application in prescribed format with a recent coloured passport size photograph should be affixed on the application along with the required document (copy of certificates to be attached details given below) through registered post to the Office of the General Manager of any Depot (Refer the notification) of Haryana Roadways in the State on or before 30-04-2017 by 05:00 hrs

Pay Scale for Helper & Storeman is 4440-7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1300/- Total Salary Rs.16900/- per month.

Application Fee-
The applicants belonging to General category are required to deposit a fee of Rs.100/- as application processing fee. The Schedule Cast/Backward Caste candidates of Haryana only are required to deposit a fee of Rs.25/- as application processing fee. The fee shall be deposited through E-Challan and original copy of challan is to be attached with the application form as a proof. Selection Process-
The selection process will include criteria of merit, selection of 12 times of applicants in each trade of practical trade test and final selection list.

List of documents to be attached-

  • Recent coloured passport size photograph on the application form.
  • Self- attested photocopy of Birth Certificate/Matriculation Certificate as a proof of age.
  • Self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate/Gradation Certificate/Eligibility Certificate and/or Dependent Certificate issued by competent authorities of State of Haryana, if claiming any reservation.
  • Original copy of E-Challan issued after the date of advertisement i.e. 30.03.2017 (but or on before the closing date of advertisement).
  • Self- attested photocopy of domicile certificate issued by competent authorities of Haryana State, if any.
  • Self- attested photocopy of the Matriculation Certificate or 10th standard mark-sheet issued by any recognised Board/University.
  • Self-attested photocopy of the ITI Certificate respective trade recognised by Haryana State Government.
  • Self- attested photocopy of Experience Certificate.
  • Details o f Court case(s), if any, on a separate paper.
